Tom Yeo operates in both the industrial and office sectors within the Indianapolis market, specializing in flex projects. Tom particularly likes the challenge of discovering opportunities in older, distressed industrial sites and retooling those locations to meet clients’ needs. He has earned a reputation of providing a superior level of customer service to his projects. Prior to becoming a broker, he served as Summit’s Director of Operations, responsible for office administration, systems oversight, and business development.
Tom has been involved in business in Indianapolis for over twenty years. He was in upper level management retail positions for both L.S. Ayres & Co. and Paul Harris. He also served as Director of Marketing and Merchandising for an e-commerce website.
