Tom Hadley, SIOR specializes in Office Advisory Services and has emerged as the one of the market’s
leading brokers in office sales and leasing. He possesses a commanding knowledge of the greater
Indianapolis office market with expertise in market and site analysis, lease structuring, and long-term
strategic planning. At Summit, Tom heads the C&W Alliance Committee and serves as the firm’s liaison
to the nationwide C&W Alliance community.
Tom has considerable experience on the Landlord side, particularly of hi-rise properties. His experience
includes 14 years representing Indiana’s largest and premier office complex, Chase Tower, which totaled
1 million rentable square feet. On the Tenant side, Tom is the most experienced broker in the market
representing post-secondary schools – providing brokerage and consulting services on their multi-site
requirements..
