Steve Schaub is a member of Summit Realty Group’s Industrial Advisory team and has been involved in excess of $40 million in transaction volume for landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. Steve applies his disciplined and proactive style to projects and has developed a track record for keeping projects on schedule and consistently realizing critical milestones. He continually seeks ways to best align clients’ requirements and wishes against their absolute budget, in order to optimize the real estate asset’s functional value. In recognition of his outstanding performance in production, leadership, and overall contribution to the company, Steve earned Summit Realty Group’s Peak Performance Award for 2007.

Prior to joining Summit, Steve spent four years in business development for developer, Paragon Companies, as an Industrial Build-to-Suit Specialist. His projects totaled a transaction volume exceeding $20 million.
