Ryan Kelly, member of Summitâs Industrial Advisory Services team, specializes in the Logistics/Warehouse market with particular focus in the Southwest submarket. He has completed an impressive scope of transactions within the transportation industry due to his open-minded and hands-on approach he brings to his projects. Ryan has also developed a niche serving the unique real estate needs of the cityâs growing amateur sports industry. His experience in servicing diverse clients has provided Ryan a platform to hone his integrated approach to projects, providing beginning-to-end solutions.

Prior to becoming a broker with the firm, Ryan served as the Office and Industrial Market Research Coordinator. His experience in the creation and maintenance of Summitâs industrial and office databases provides in-depth knowledge of the Indianapolis market - an invaluable asset in representing tenants, buyers, landlords and owners of commercial real estate.
