Rich Forslund, a Senior Vice President of Summit Realty Group, specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation for Office leasing and sales in the Indianapolis metropolitan market. Rich has extensive experience on the Landlord side in all office product types and classes. Heavy landlord experience enables Rich to explicitly comprehend what is taking place within a transaction and to advise based on that understanding.
