Patricia Whipple serves as Senior Property Manager on Summit Realty Group’s Property Management team. She brings over 23 years of experience managing industrial, office and retail properties in several metropolitan markets including Indianapolis, Chicago, Cincinnati and Kansas City. Patti has successfully managed diverse projects, at one time responsible for a 14-property portfolio totaling approximately 3 million sf. Her full spectrum of property management experience includes: property management staff and engineering supervision; contractor and vendor negotiations & oversight; routine, preventative, and major maintenance and capital projects; accounting and financial reporting; leasing services; building security and building code compliance; tenant relations and retention. Her tenure, combined with her organizational skills, allows her to effectively operate multiple facilities while providing unparalleled service to property owners and cultivating positive tenant relations. Patti is a recipient of the Indianapolis Chapter Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) CPM of the Year Award.
Prior to joining Summit, Patti served for 12 years at the national property services firm American Spectrum Realty as Property Manager and Leasing Agent. Earlier she served as a Senior Property Manager with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.
