Nicole Langdon
Property Manager
Nicole Langdon serves as a Property Manager within Summit’s Property Management division. She is responsible for the overall management of M&I Plaza, a 432,000-square foot multi-tenant Class A office building in downtown Indianapolis. Nicole’s responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, project management, staffing and tenant relations.
Prior to joining Summit, Nicole was an Assistant Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis, supporting over one million square feet of diverse commercial real estate including Class A office, retail, flex space, and industrial properties. She has also worked for REI Real Estate Services as an Assistant Property
Manager, supporting office, retail, and medical product.
Nicole has served numerous key owners / accounts, including: True North Management Group, Henderson Global Investors, DCT Industrial, KBS Realty Advisors, Anglo American Financial Group, DCP/ Navigator Real Estate LLC.
