Matt Waggoner serves on Summit Realty Group’s Office Advisory Services team, focusing on tenant and landlord representation, primarily in the Northwest submarket of Indianapolis. He continually taps into his can-do attitude and inquisitive style to strengthen his knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and its relevant drivers. Matt uses his in-depth knowledge of the market and proactive mindset to continually keep his clients informed of relevant real estate activity and trends. His interactive personality and strategic mindset are the cornerstones of his proactive, hands-on approach.
Prior to becoming an Associate, Matt completed the first Broker-in-Training program at Summit Realty Group which included the duties of Market Research Analyst. He was instrumental in the development and implementation of a new market research platform that now serves as Summit’s company-wide market research tool.
In his free time, he enjoys officiating high school and college baseball as well as high school football.
