Mark Stephenson is a member of Summit’s Industrial Advisory Services team, providing expertise in industrial property acquisition, disposition and leasing, and multi-market corporate services. Mark’s strong financial background and education adds an integrated, investment perspective to his real estate projects. His consulting and transactional management experience includes strategic multi-location real estate planning, development and design/build, financial and tax engineering, and asset valuation.

Prior to joining Summit, Mark served as Vice President on the Industrial Advisory Team at Meridian Real Estate. Earlier, he was a member of the Global Logistics Group at CB Richard Ellis and worked within the corporate finance division at First Chicago NBD Corporation.
