Matt Langfeldt specializes in Office Advisory Services and has emerged as one of the market’s leading brokers in the office sales and leasing arena. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of office sales and lease transactions and has a track record for completing complex and challenging projects. Matt has considerable experience in representing both tenants and landlords in many of the most prestigious properties throughout the greater Indianapolis area.
A key strength of Matt’s is his ability to work within and assemble very high performance teams. Whether this includes the selection of different service providers to complete a given assignment or assembling the necessary talent to achieve a client’s objectives, teaming is integral in the success Matt has experienced through the years.
Prior to joining Summit, Matt served as a Vice President at NAI Olympia Partners and was repeatedly recognized as one of the firm’s top producers. Previously, he consulted with numerous firms on IT/ERP implementations at the consulting/accounting firm Crowe Chizek & Company (now known as Crowe Horwath).
