Katie Sobotowski is a member of Summit Realty Group’s Office Advisory team where her successful background in sales and business management provides a strong foundation for her diverse commercial real estate assignments. Katie is teamed with industry veteran Bill Ehret, SIOR on corporate user and quality institutional leasing assignments. Her specialty area is site selection and lease negotiations representing national, multi-market clients – many within the financial services arena. Her other major focus is the Indianapolis CBD market, where she has negotiated numerous downtown lease transactions representing both landlord and tenant clients.
Prior to joining Summit, Katie served as Vice President at Office Furniture Outlet, Inc. During her experience in the commercial furniture industry, she worked with a variety of clients from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Her insight in both managing a small business and problem solving for clients is an invaluable asset in her ability to provide creative value-added real estate solutions.
