Katie Gray is a member of Summit Realty Group’s Office Advisory team where her successful background in sales and business management provides a strong foundation for her diverse commercial real estate assignments. Katie is teamed with industry veteran Bill Ehret, SIOR on quality institutional leasing and corporate user assignments. A major focus of Katie’s efforts is on the Indianapolis CBD market. Well versed in the commercial real estate green movement, Katie serves on the Program Committee for the USGBC Indiana Chapter. She also recently guided the detail-intense process for a major project’s Shovel Ready Certification, one of twelve in the state, requiring various formal studies including wetland delineation, traffic flow, infrastructure and utilities.

Prior to joining Summit, Katie served as Vice President at Office Furniture Outlet, Inc. During her experience in the commercial furniture industry, Katie worked with a variety of clients from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Her insight in both managing a small business and problem solving for clients is an invaluable asset in her ability to provide creative value-added real estate solutions.
