Jeremy Woods, CCIM, SIOR specializes in Industrial Tenant and Landlord Representation. Jeremy has completed more than 400 industrial lease transactions totaling over 7.5 million square feet. He has extensive experience in all aspects of industrial lease and sale transactions, including: lease / purchase / build comparative analysis, current market valuations, negotiation of economic and legal terms, leasehold construction costs, overall operation of industrial facilities and related expenses. His breadth of experience adds value to owner and tenant relationships alike. In recognition of his outstanding performance in production, leadership, and overall contribution to the company, Jeremy earned Summit Realty Group’s Peak Performance Award for 2005.
Prior to joining Summit, Jeremy spent eight years with ProLogis. He began as a Marketing Representative and later served as Vice President and Market Officer, managing ten real estate professionals operating a portfolio of over 180 tenants in 45 industrial facilities totaling nearly 5 million square feet. Jeremy began his real estate career with Pizzuti Company, specializing in the suburban office market in Columbus, Ohio.
