Jason Speckman specializes in industrial leasing representation and acquisition/disposition services. During Jason’s progressive career in the industry, he has successfully closed transactions totaling over $38 million in production. In 2010 and 2011, Jason completed 117 transactions totaling $15,477,379 in production.
Jason focuses on providing real estate solutions for businesses and property owners throughout Indiana with a specific focus on the Indianapolis MSA. He has demonstrated the ability to assess needs and develop and implement plans to meet and exceed goals.
Jason’s exceptional communication, collaboration and analytical skills have resulted in proven success toward building and sustaining client relationships; underwriting investment real estate; consulting with and advising private and institutional clients; creating and executing extensive marketing campaigns; and managing long-term capital transactions.
