Jon Shuel serves as a Director on Summit Realty Group’s Industrial Team and specializes in Landlord/Owner Representation, Tenant / Buyer Representation, and Build-to-Suit Services, with a particular emphasis on the Class A Bulk Distribution market. Jon’s strong financial acumen and a laser-focused, systematic approach provide a compelling combination when tackling clients’ immediate and long-term real estate requirements.

Jon brings impressive industry experience. Prior to joining Summit, Jon was an industrial specialist at Resource Commercial. He also worked for a Chicago-based consulting firm, where he gained experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. – essential in today’s global marketplace.

In addition, Jon spent time abroad in both Hong Kong and London, studying International Business. During that time, he worked in the operations division of Lloyds of London, gaining invaluable insight into diversified environments and foreign business practices.

Jon is pursuing his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across the world.
