Jeff Merritt is a member of Summit Realty Group’s Site Acquisition and Office Advisory teams, where his multi-discipline skills in business development, executive management and commercial real estate enable him to achieve exceptional results. Jeff’s strong leadership and business experience insert a business owner’s perspective into his projects that complement his real estate expertise and produce sound real estate decisions for his client base. Through his 25 years in the commercial real estate investment arena, Jeff has developed the adept ability to successfully locate properties meeting complex client requirements and negotiate value-added transactions.
Prior to joining Summit, Jeff served as Executive Vice President at Circle Financial Corporation, a commercial real estate investment company. In 2007, he established Merritt Real Estate. Before founding his own commercial real estate company, Jeff served as President of Ross & Babcock Travel, one of the largest corporate owned travel agencies in the United States. During his tenure, he implemented multiple technology, marketing and customer relations programs that produced tremendous growth for the company and strong client relationships with over 600 organizations.
