Jon Jessup, CCIM serves as CFO and is a Partner at Summit Realty Group with over 16 years experience in the real estate industry. He specializes in commercial real estate investment and global corporate services with an emphasis on proactive, strategic management of real estate resulting in clients maximizing value of their assets. His strong financial acumen and attention to detail offers his clients an added advantage during transaction negotiation and execution. Jon’s investment work is broad based with industrial, office, retail and medical experience. Transaction geography has been nationwide in addition to international work, primarily in Europe. Ability to listen, strong communication skills, understanding clients’ needs, and success with complex projects have been a mainstay of his business model which has helped lead to strong client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Summit, Jon served as Assistant Vice President in Corporate Planning at American United Life. He was also Director of Corporate Development at RealMed.com and an Assistant Vice President at Irwin Mortgage.
