James C. Fasone
Principal
Jim Fasone’s area of expertise in the commercial real estate industry is Corporate Services, working with multi-national companies to acquire and dispose of properties locally, regionally, and around the world. He has been involved in over 600 transactions and has handled over 8 million square feet for tenants and buyers of commercial real estate. Jim successfully leverages his vast resources to efficiently and discreetly assist companies with their real estate portfolios. He has extensive experience in both the U.S. market and throughout Europe.
Prior to joining Summit, Jim served as Vice President of Commercial Sales and Leasing at Acorn Group, Inc. Earlier, he was a broker at Eaton & Lauth Commercial Real Estate Services and at Thomas & Associates, Inc.
