John Demaree, SIOR and Executive Vice President at Summit Realty Group, is a 20-year veteran of the Indianapolis real estate community. Specializing in Industrial and Investment real estate, John’s expertise is in strategic planning and negotiation. He is frequently sought by the banking and legal community for real estate asset consultation. His broad experience enables him to better understand the cost components of large scope, multi-faceted transactions and brings tremendous strength to his clients in lease/purchase negotiations.

He serves on the Board of Advisors of Wurster Construction, an Indianapolis-based commercial contractor; on the Board of Directors of Syndicate Sales, a manufacturer and distributor to the floral industry; and on the Board of Directors of BehaviorCorp, a mental health and substance abuse counseling service.
