John Demaree, SIOR and Executive Vice President at Summit Realty Group, is a 17-year veteran of the Indianapolis real estate community. Specializing in Industrial and Investment real estate, John’s expertise is in strategic planning and negotiation. He is frequently sought by the banking and legal community for real estate asset consultation. He has advised or participated in the development or redevelopment of multiple industrial projects, totaling over 600,000 SF. His broad experience enables him to better understand the cost components of large scope, multi-faceted transactions and brings tremendous strength to his clients in lease/purchase negotiations.
John also serves as Summit’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and is responsible for financial management of the company. He serves on the Board of Advisors of Wurster Construction, an Indianapolis-based commercial contractor and on the Board of Directors of Syndicate Sales, a manufacturer and distributor to the floral industry.
