Chad Collier serves on the Office Advisory Services team and specializes in tenant representation, real estate advisory services, and landlord agency leasing. In six years with Summit, Chad has served as broker and consultant to some of Indiana’s foremost corporations, financial institutions, and law firms. He has completed in excess of 600,000 square feet of tenant representation transactions. Chad’s key strength is his strong, enduring client relationships. His growing client base increasingly relies on his impeccable service and in-depth market knowledge.

Prior to joining Summit Realty Group, Chad worked for Edgeworth Laskey Properties, LLC, where he handled the leasing and building management for over 500,000 SF of Class A office buildings and build-to-suit projects. He also spent two years as the assistant golf professional at the Bloomington Country Club and served as a paramedic at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
