Brian Zurawski, SIOR specializes in is multi-market Corporate Services with a strong focus on logistics and corporate facilities – on both a regional and global scope. His notable strengths are in site selection analysis & advisory services, working collaboratively with corporate real estate heads, local/state economic development officials, and incentive procurement advisors. Brian conducts in-depth due diligence & analysis on key factors required by Fortune 500 companies to make sound decisions regarding multi-million dollar manufacturing / distribution facilities – location, number of facilities required, size, & operational requirements. Brian has been orked on projects located throughout the U.S. and in Mexico, Canada, Asia, Europe, Australia, and Africa.
He is an invaluable asset to Summit via his significant contributions in a leadership role. As Chief Operating Officer, Brian oversees all Operations activities. He also leads the firm’s IT and serves on its Marketing and Finance Committees. In 2007, he directed the firm’s selection, planning, testing and launch of an industry-tailored CRM platform and project management tool.
Brian came to Summit Realty Group from Celadon Group, a leading international transportation company, where he managed project development and real estate interests on an international basis. Brian is a member of the Cushman and Wakefield Global Supply Chain Solutions Group; has been appointed to the C&W Industrial Executive Board; and has been selected to serve on the Conexus Indiana Logistics Executive committee.
