Brian Zurawski, SIOR specializes in Corporate and Industrial Advisory Services with a focus on transportation and distribution, both regionally and globally. He brings a keen analytic approach to all projects, resulting in innovative solutions to clients’ real estate challenges. Brian’s extensive corporate real estate experience, combined with his high-level project management skills, provide an excellent foundation to service his corporate clients.
He is an invaluable asset to Summit via his significant contributions in a leadership role. As Executive Vice President, Brian oversees all Operations activities. He also leads the firm’s IT Committee and serves on its Marketing and Finance Committees. In 2007, he directed the firm’s selection, planning, testing and launch of an industry-tailored CRM platform and project management tool.
Brian came to Summit Realty Group from Celadon Group, a leading international transportation company, where he managed project development and real estate interests on an international basis. Brian is a member of the Cushman and Wakefield Global Supply Chain Solutions Group, where he also chosen to serve on its elite, global Executive Advisory Committee.
