Brad Williams serves as a Director on Summit Realty Group’s Industrial Team and specializes in tenantrepresentation and landlord agency services, with a particular focus and knowledge of warehouse distribution facilities and the Indianapolis Northeast submarket. Brad has played an integral role in various industrial transactions within Indianapolis, providing a range of services including: creating and implementing marketing plans; providing market overviews and financial analysis; and assisting with facility relocations, building acquisitions, and lease negotiations. Brad’s attention to detail and focus on client needs enables him to successfully serve as an extension of his clients’ real estate team as he leverages his market knowledge.
Prior to joining Summit Realty Group’s brokerage division, Brad interned for the firm. During his
internship, he was instrumental in enhancing key broker and client tools, including a complete re-inventory
and revamp of the firm’s Industrial real estate database. Brad now applies this same level of
thoroughness and diligent approach toward his real estate projects.
Brad’s interests and hobbies include golf, swimming, and running.
