Andrew Morris, SIOR specializes in Industrial Advisory Services and brings over 13 years of commercial real estate transactional and development experience, particularly within the bulk distribution product. He has transacted brokerage and consulting assignments in excess of $300 million including investment sales, corporate and institutional representation, acquisition and disposition consulting, build-to-suit development, and renewal and relocation lease transactions. His extensive transactional background, combined with his strong financial acumen, makes Andrew an invaluable asset when guiding complex assignments.

Andrew serves as department head of Summit’s Industrial Team and is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Supply Chain Solutions Group.

Prior to joining Summit, Andrew served as Managing Director on the Industrial Advisory Team at Meridian Real Estate. Earlier, he was Vice President of Industrial Sales and Leasing at Trammell Crow Company.
