Adam Ehret is an Associate providing commercial real estate advisory on both the buyer and owner side. Adam focuses on the disposition of multi-housing properties in all markets of Indiana as well as the coordination of due diligence for all listings. He specializes in property analysis and valuation, client research and outreach, investor relations, and the marketing of properties. He applies his competitive nature and independent, creative style toward assignments – a style that consistently leads toward resourceful outcomes. His commitment to providing high quality service complements his steady focus on client needs, successfully guiding the project process.
Prior to joining Summit, Adam held a Sales position with LA Fitness International and worked at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel, Indiana.
Adam is an avid golfer – he was on the Golf Team at Marian University, an All-Conference Team for the Mid Central Conference. He also enjoys taking on major carpentry and landscaping projects and watching auto racing and football.
