Amy Burmeister, CCIM is a 12-year veteran specializing in the income-producing properties and special urban projects. She has been involved in the sale of nearly $1.1 billion of multi-housing product and investment offerings throughout Indiana and the Midwest region. Amy leverages her financial acumen and extensive experience to advise buyers and sellers through the complete investment transaction process, from initial due diligence, asset analysis, exit strategy, sales negotiation, and transaction management.
Prior to joining Summit, Amy was a senior broker with CBRE, specializing in multi-housing and investment properties.
