Joyce Van Lines is a full service, 48-state, independent moving carrier. Company management had been negotiating its own lease renewal which was fast approaching its 30-day expiration. Unexpected roadblocks in the process prompted the company to seek Summit’s professional brokerage services in order to locate a more appropriate location, negotiate lease terms, and finalize a lease contract in less than a month.
A P P R O A C H
  • Understanding the urgency of the situation, initiated an accelerated plan of action:
    • Day 1: scrutinize existing lease, assess the client’s requirements and possible scenarios, and complete a thorough property search
    • Day 2: coordinate & conduct property tour and draft Letter of Intent (LOI) documents.
