For over 60 years, Unique Window & Door has provided home improvement services to the Indianapolis area. They specialize in windows, doors, vinyl siding, and maintenance services. Unique needed to relocate its Indianapolis office, due to the inadequate space of the existing building and the inability to expand. The lack of space presented a disadvantage for Unique to increase staffing. Unique wished to move within the same vicinity of the current building and due to the large number of deliveries, wished to have close proximity to the interstate.

R E S U L T S
- Summit was successful in the acquisition of 40,000 SF plus an additional 2 acres, located in Park Fletcher at 5550 Progress Road.
- Unique was able to relocate in a timely manner, to a building that offered immediate and long term growth opportunities. They have additional grounds in order to prevent this problem from reoccurring.
- Summit outsourced additional resources, such as engineers and IT, to manage Unique’s moving and relocation process.
