- Engage economic development company in the ProTrans project, to determine economic incentives that might be available if client were to stay in the Indianapolis metropolitan area.

- Negotiated a successful lease transaction for space near the Indianapolis International Airport.
- ProTrans was able to relocate to a single facility with more efficient space.
- Future expansion rights were also negotiated, which gave ProTrans greater flexibility. In addition, a long term purchase option was negotiated as part of the overall strategy.
