- KBA entered into a 15 year lease with the new owner.
- Summit’s in-depth knowledge of the market place, vast investor relationships, and expert real estate skills created leverage in meeting KBA’s objectives.
- After paying off its existing mortgage obligations, KBA can expense monthly rental payments to the new owner and keep the new leasehold debt off its balance sheet.
