Since 1923, Buske Lines, Inc. has specialized in both shipping and storage. Headquartered in Granite City, Illinois, they maintain more than 3 million square feet of warehouse space in 13 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Buske needed to lease additional industrial space to accommodate an existing client’s immediate need to expand, due to increased production volume. The expansion project had to move quickly to allow Buske’s tenant access to the space.

- Summit was successful in the leasing transaction of approximately 61,965 SF, located in Park 100 at 8351 Northwest Boulevard.
- Buske was able to meet the goals of its tenant in terms of cost requirements and occupancy deadline.
